Victoria District Medical Centre is a Family Medical Centre committed to providing comprehensive primary Health Care for the Midwest region of WA.

We have a well trained team of Doctors, nurses and non-clinical staff dedicated to providing “cradle to grave” care. Together we work cooperatively to contribute to whole patient and family health.

Our senior staff offer opportunity and mentoring and as such we are a teaching practice for medical & nursing students and registrar doctors.

Together our team actively cultivates an environment of honesty, integrity, loyalty and co-operation with all people to the best of our ability.

To ensure the continuing safety and wellbeing of all our patients, visitors and staff we have taken the following decisions.

  • All over the age of 8 years will be required to wear a mask
(cloth with filter, surgical or N95).

Children under the age of 8 years do not need to wear a face mask.

Masks will need to be obtained and supplied by patients.

Please ensure that you fill out "Covid Questionnaire" that is located at our front entrance

prior to entering the practice.

  • If you have any symptoms which may be related to Covid 19 - DO NOT ENTER the practice but ring us first. Common symptoms are cough, sore throat, fever, loss of taste.

We encourage telephone consultations and will be seeing possible cases on the veranda outside.

Thank you for working with us

to keep all our community as safe as possible.

Due to the rapidly changing situation with COVID, the Practice reserves the right to update the

terms and conditions of entry to the Practice on a daily basis.
